The owner was unable to care for them any longer. Taffy is tiny and delicate. She weighs less than a gallon of milk.  Taffy is potty pad trained and will go outside to potty too.  Taffy loves other small dogs. Taffy would do best in a home with no young kids because she is so tiny and delicate. Taffy would do fine with cats.
