Meet Sririta!DOB: May 2021Weight: 40 lbsHistory: Sririta arrived at Soi Dog’s shelter in May 2024 after being abandoned by his owner near a resort. She followed a guest of the resort who then reported it to Soi Dog, who took her in to ensure her safety. Sririta is interested in people and will approach, enjoys the interaction and receiving attention. Disposition: Outgoing, Friendly, StableSririta gets along with other dogs in her run and is keen to go for a walk and explores calmly. She passes other dogs and people with ease and is very happy to see people she knows. She loves exploring off lead. She could walk everywhere and likes sniffing on the ground, explore calmly. She could walk past dogs, some dog she was interested in and approached and sniffed then walked away. When she saw someone she knew she was very happy to see him.While in her run, Sririta is a lovely little scruffy dog, greets and moves off when other dogs crowd round, comes back for more when her handler sits down, tail wags, ears back. She jumps up and holds on to the bench, so sweet and lovely, keen to engage and be petted. When is an off lead area her tail is up; she explores, moves slowly, trots off when called. She’s interested in smells, not interested in playing because she’s too busy exploring. She ignores passing car, patrols the perimeter. When out on walks, Sririta ignores other dogs in busy areas as she’s absorbed in smells, tail up, confident, trots along, tail up, not bothered by anything, but when she sees someone she knows, she’s so happy to see a person she know and jumps up happily.
