Deliciously colored like the Belgian cookie, Speculoos is rich with a brown, cookie buttery goodness. And this li’l one is a TOUGH cookie. Speculoos was in the middle of the road when a car drove right over, yet somehow she remained unscathed! The driver rushed out of her vehicle and scooped this cookie right up into her arms and immediately called Palomacy. Now Speculoos is being oh-so-delectable in her foster home but would love a forever home to sweeten up.
