  Rosie – Female DOB 5/14/2024 Domestic Short Hair Tabico –   Meet Rosie, a young kitty looking for just the right home where she can continue growing, exploring, and feeling safe. She has a lot of love to give and is ready to find a forever family that understands her mild nature. Rosie might be a little shy at first, and spent some time in our quiet room with other kitties, but she settled in and wanted to see what the big room was like on the other side and ventured out and has been doing fine ever since.  Once she warms up, she is incredibly sweet and craves attention. Rosie will purr at the mere sight of people and loves being around her human friends. As she starts to feel more comfortable, her curiosity wins out, and she becomes less wary of her surroundings. Rosie has a playful spirit and a lot of energy—she especially enjoys climbing the cat tree and playing with her toys. She's the kind of kitty who will keep you laughing with her loud purrs and silly antics. Rosie went home not too long ago with her brother, but ended up coming back to us because he decided he wanted all the attention himself and would pick on her making her scared in her own home.  She would do best in a quiet home, and would need to go home with another friendly female kitty where she can learn that she's safe and it's ok to be with another friendly cat.  No dogs or children would be best for her. With time, patience, and understanding, she will settle into her new environment and become a wonderful companion.
