A PRECIOUS & ACTIVE PUP:  Approx. 10–11 months old / Approx. 27 lbs. & growing Hello – I’m Perla!  Mostly Mutts rescued me from animal control, and I could not be more grateful!  If you are ready for the fun and adventure that comes with having a young pup, come meet me soon and see if I am your new furry family member!  I came in with a skin condition that has been treated and is healed up now, so I’m raring to go and have fun! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I haven’t met other dogs at Mostly Mutts yet, so let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no very young kids as I’m quite mouthy right now in a puppy way!  • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I am a typically active and fun puppy with a curious nature.  I have the most adorable heart-shaped coloring on my nose, which matches my loving demeanor.  As a rambunctious puppy, I will need a good leader in my new home to teach me all the things I need to know to be a great adult dog companion.  Playful with that puppy preciousness, I’m sure to bring lots of love and action to my new family. / My energy level is 6-8, so let’s be active together! • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I’m a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, where I am learning lots of great commands with my trainer. I’ve already mastered ‘sit’, ‘stay’, and ‘drop it’.  I’m working on my leash manners now, so just ask my trainer how it’s coming along. / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts. / I've been having accidents on the shelter schedule, so please continue to be consistent with me on a good schedule, so I can master my potty skills. • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I love to run around and play and I’m getting the hang of playing fetch with the volunteers. I bet I’d love a fenced yard in my new home, where we can have great play sessions together.  I made the most of my recent medicated baths – leaning in for all the hugs and attention from my bather as well as giving her kisses of appreciation. / I can’t think of any dislikes, though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed.  I came in with a skin condition, but with good vet care and special baths, it has completely healed now. I am looking for a great home with a family that will love me for life!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
