We haven’t seen Miami with cats or kids, but she can be tested.   Currently Living at:   DC Area Foster Home   Miami is Looking For:  Her forever home! She landed in the shelter through no fault of her own, and Miami says she hasn’t seen enough of the world yet. She’s eager to get her own humans for long sniffy walks, romps in parks, and all the adventures her new family can dream up. Trips to the beach, the mountains, Starbucks for pup cups – yes, please!   Making lots of pup and people pals along the way is high on her wish list, as are quality kibble and a cushy dog bed. What she wants most of all is to know where she belongs, to know who her people are, and to be safe and loved. In exchange, she offers adoring gazes, little tail wags, and loyal companionship for all her days.  What do you say? Is this sweet pup the one you see curled up on your lap or trotting by your side? What My Foster Says About Me:  She’s been a goofy delight and I think she will make a great addition to a loving family who will give her lots of attention. She sleeps through the night and does well in the crate when we’re out of the house. She is definitely coming out of her shell and is hungry for attention. She loves to be right in the mix of whatever I’m doing. She is doing well with our dogs and is very smart. She knows ‘sit’ and I’m teaching her ‘touch’ and ‘down’ now.   Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT:      The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
