M Pups Mandy and Mindy have a tragic story.  The people who owned them were in a horrible accident.  The wife died and the husband is in the hospital in serious condition.  All of their dogs were sent to an over full, high kill shelter so AFH jumped in to help. Mandy is a spunky, happy girl. She is very playful and loves toys.
