We all know the mythical Hercules and his strength. Now meet the two-year-old canine Hercules who has the strength of survival and to overcome great odds. Hercules came from a situation of neglect and left on a short chain to fend for himself. He has overcome his obstacles with the help of good-hearted people. Hercules does have strength in character as well. His spirit remains strong and hopeful and for that, he just might be a legend in his own time.Hercules has put the past in his rearview mirror and ready to move full steam ahead to wonderful and loving future. He is a hound mix at 45 pounds and two years old. His resilience got him through a rough part of his life but his charming character is sure to secure him a family to call his own. He does well with other dogs, children and adults. Hercules is about love and along with his medium energy level, his forever family is going to be very lucky to have him. He prefers life with a consistent mixture of activity and lounging. An average active family would be a good for him. Hercules is a social and accepting boy. He is also sweet with cats as well. He is working on his leash training and hoping to perfect that skill with the assistance of his family. Hercules has done his work and has already mastered his house training. A smart boy and an eager learner, Hercules will gladly show off his skills to his new family.
