Helen is now in a NJ foster home. Helen was rescued by our partner rescue from a dead end shelter in rural Louisiana. Without rescue partners, these dogs in these shelters would just get sick and die as there is no program or budget for basic vaccines or care. Helen is now in a foster home in Louisiana and she is thriving! She is happy, energetic and playful. She loves other dogs and kids too! Helen needs some work on her leash skills – right now she wants to GOGOGO! She would do well with an active person or family who likes to run or hike and perhaps a big yard so she can run out her energy. Helen is very sweet! She loves meeting new friends of the human and canine variety but she can be a little too excited for some dogs.  Helen is fixed,   microchipped and up to date on rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines. She tested negative for heartworm. Her adoption fee is $450. How to Adopt Me!
