Harley was left tied to a tree with Buddy in the heat of visalia summer. We got them days before their scheduled euthanasia! We would love to keep these brothers together, and petfinder is helping us with the Bonded Pair adoptionincentive! A grant Up to 1000$ toward their care, after adoption fees that’s 800$ toward feed, veterinary or what ever they may need . Harley loves the water, and sits at my feet for morning coffee daily.
