While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.NOTE- EVIE IS LISTED AS A COURTESY FOR ANOTHER RESCUE ORGANIZATION. PLEASE SEE CONTACT INFO BELOW. Hi there, I’m Evie. I’m a young, curious girl, always sniffingout new adventures. I can be a bit shy at first, but give me some time and I’ll show you my goofy side. My days are mellow, filled with dreams of chasing squirrels and sniffing out treats. I love making friends, both human and canine. I’m just a discarded hound looking for a second chance. Why should you adopt me? Well, I promise to be your loyal companion, to greet you with a wagging tail and warm eyes every day. I’ll bring joy, laughter, and a whole lot of love into your life. All I ask for in return is a loving home. Will you be my forever friend?   Hunger and neglect were all Evie ever knew. Dumped by a heartless hunter, she was found just in time. Now, the smallest kindness makes her happy. Evie’s always up for a walk, or down for quiet companionship. She’s so ready to be your best buddy.   Evie is spayed and vaccinated for dhlpp,bordetella, and rabies. She has a 4DX heartworm test (negative) and microchip with lifetime registration.
