Daisy has not completed her series of puppy shots and is not yet spayed. Due to this we are only accepting applications within 30 minutes of Des Moines. Her spay is scheduled for January 14, 2025. Are you ready to meet the whirlwind know as Miss Daisy Mae?  This 10-week-old, 20 lb.  girl is a force of nature!  Daisy is part of a litter of 8 puppies that are all pretty unique in looks and personality.  Daisy is the puppy at the middle of it all; if she isn't on the move; she's passed out on someone's lap. At a recent play date with all of her siblings she moved from one group to the next with amazing speed and agility trying to incite mischief in her wake.  However, when she is ready to settle down, there is no better snuggle buddy in the world than Daisy. She will climb into your lap and whatever else you might have been doing comes to a stop. She and foster sister Bridget have discovered their mutual love of playing tug or "hey, that's my toy!"  They really enjoy running around the house and yard with each other.  They get along great with their foster family's pack and have been around both toddlers and teenagers.  No cat exposure in her current living situation.  Daisy knows no fear of either human or animal; she assumes everyone will love her attention at all times! Daisy isn't quite as interesting in house training as foster mom will like, but is slowly adjusting to a schedule -it's just such a distraction from playing outside!  She is doing well when crated, (although she protests fairly vigorously!) She does sleep with the pack in foster mom's bed and is good at keeping mom warm through the night! Daisy will likely be an XL girl when grown and seems to have quite a bit of Lab in her DNA.  If your life is "ho-hum" and you're looking for a spark plug to liven things up – Daisy might be a match made in heaven for you and your family.
