Ceasar is a handsome man who’s looking for a forever family. Ceasar came in as a stray, and his owners knew he was with us – but they never came for him. Ceasar loves his people, but he hasn’t been good with other dogs. Ceasar is hoping for an understanding family that will help him realize that not everyone would leave him.
