Name: Brownie         Best Guess for Breed:  Lab/retriever type mix Best Guess for Age:  9 months as of October 2024       SEX:  Male   Approximate Weight: 35 lbs as of 10/9/24; likely has a bit more to grow   Gets Along With:   Other dogs! We haven’t seen him with kids or cats but he can be tested if you have them.   Currently Living at:   Lucky Dog’s South Carolina rescue campus; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get his freedom ride up here!   Brownie is Looking For:  His forever home. This sweetie is not long out of the puppy yips and hasn’t seen nearly enough of the world yet. He’s eager to have his own humans for romps in parks and all the adventures they can dream up. Exploring all the toys to see which he likes best sounds great too, And he’s excited to go to dog school so he can show how super smart he is! And – shelter staff say he is amazing with other dogs! He’d love to get to make more pup pals! Most of all, though, he wants to be a well-loved dog for all his days.
