Bridget has not completed her  series of puppy shots and is not yet spayed. Due to this we are only accepting applications within 30 minutes of Des Moines. Her spay is scheduled for January 14 ,2025.  Meet Little Miss Bridget; a 10-week-old 18 pounds gem of a girl!  Bridget is part of a litter of 8 puppies that are all pretty unique in looks and personality.  Gigi is an absolute sweet young lady with the most beautiful eye and coat colors!  She is one of the more shy pups in the group and does take a bit of time to warm to humans, but once you're in, you're gold!  She has two speeds; sleep or play and does both with her sister Daisy in their foster home in equal measure. Bridget is doing well with house training when she is kept on a regular schedule.  She has discovered toys and loves to spend time squabbling with Daisy over who gets which toy, but almost always gives in.  She is very food motivated and is proving to be very intelligent when it comes to getting what she wants with foster mom.  While she is not overly affectionate, she will snuggle with you before wandering off on her own to grab a quick nap. She is in a foster home with other dogs and does well in the pack.  She has been around both teenagers and smaller children and seems to get along with everyone with her shy, attentive way. No exposure to cats in her current foster home.  Bridget will likely be an XL girl and seems to have quite a bit of Lab in her DNA.  She has some crate training but does sleep in bed with the pack at night.
