Meet Bluey! This adolescent came to the Shelter after his previous guardian surrendered because the family had too many kitties. Bluey lived in a home with other cats as well as a pet bird and he did well. He is described as skittish around new people but warms up. Bluey had access to a catio in his previous home and enjoyed it.
