Meet Bean! A lovable two-year-old Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix from Riverside, IL, who’s 106 pounds of pure devotion wrapped in a cream coat with tan patches. Bean’s heart is as big as her stature, and she’s on the lookout for a spacious, caring home where she can thrive. Bean’s a social butterfly at heart! She’s dog-friendly and has enjoyed her time at dog parks, daycare, and boarding. Though she has a playful streak, she’s also loyal and protective, always keeping an eye (and a bark!) out for her family. Her expressive voice makes her better suited to a home where neighbors won’t mind her announcements, especially if there’s a fenced yard for her to patrol and play in. She’s kid-friendly, particularly with older children who can match her enthusiasm and energy. Bean has mastered commands like "sit," "paw," and "turn around," and she’s a star pupil at daycare. She adores snuggling in bed but can confidently roam the house at night. Traveling is another one of her talents—she’s an excellent co-pilot for road trips! Bean’s favorite pastimes include chewing on stuffies, noisemaker toys, and bones, as well as playing fetch. While she loves being close to her human, she adjusts well when left alone for short periods, though she might vocalize her feelings at first. She’s house-trained, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations, making her ready to join your family!
