Meet Aimee!   Aimee may seem a little uneasy at first, but with patience and treats, she quickly warms up. After about an hour of getting to know you, she’ll be comfortable and eager to be by your side. This cautious behavior is likely just a reaction to her recent changes, but once she feels safe, she’s a total sweetheart. When Aimee wants attention, she’ll gently nudge you with her nose and loves nothing more than sitting right by her person. Whether she’s lounging in the sun or curled up next to you, she needs only minimal supervision when out of her kennel. Aimee thrives on direction and reassurance, always seeking to know she's doing well. She loves soft stuffed animals to chew on and may let out an adorable howl when she's excited. Her daily routine includes three walks: 1 mile at 6 AM and 6 PM, and a half-mile at noon. After each walk, she enjoys a meal, with a smaller portion at lunchtime since she’s adjusting to her new schedule and seems extra hungry. Aimee’s excitement is clear when she heads outside for bathroom breaks, and she’s sure to bring joy and companionship into your life. With time, love, and guidance, she’s ready to be your loyal companion. Aimee is from a local shelter.
