See Aggie: At shelter’s HomepageGo to our official websiteYou can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Aggie was found as a stray, along with two other young dogs about the same age as she; we are guessing they are siblings, even though they all look different. Aggie is extremely shy and has never been on a leash or had a collar on, from all appearances. She is closely bonded to her sister, Allie, and our hope is that they can leave the shelter together to go to a foster home for transition to an adoptive home. We don’t know their background, because they were running loose for several days before animal control was contacted to pick them up. We do know they were flea-infested, but they sure do enjoy handling and human care, and we feel they will be sweet, faithful companions once they have found homes.     PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA. For questions about the pet, please email us at FOACinfo@gmail.com. All adoptions begin with an application, found under the "Animals" tab on our website, friendsofcampbellcounty.org. *Unaltered babies under the age of six months can be adopted only to residents of Campbell County, the City of Lynchburg, and counties touching Campbell County. *Unaltered adult pets six months or older will need to be sterilized before they can be adopted outside our local area of Campbell County, the City of Lynchburg, or counties touching Campbell. *We do not promote dog adoptions to homes where an invisible fence is the fencing of choice. *We do not permit cats or kittens to be declawed following adoption.
